- 5:00-5:30: “German shuffleboard” (slide your stein closest to the end of the board without going over)
- 5:30-6:00: Hammerschlagen (hammer a nail in to a log)
- 6:00-7:00: Music from Edelweisse
- 7:00-7:30: Stein Races (run our course through the shop with a full stein without spilling)
- 7:30-8:30: Music from Edelweisse
- 8:30-9:00: Stein Hoisting (hold your stein at shoulder height longer than anyone else)
- 9:00-10:00: Music from Edelweisse
